How to Apply for Residency

There are several ways to apply for residency.

In-Person Application: Visit our Management Office to pick up an application from our staff.
Mail Request: Call our Management Office to request an application be mailed to you.
Email Application: Fill out the "Inquire About This Property" section with your name, phone number, and email. In the message box, specify your request for an emailed application.

If the property waitlist is closed, applications will not be distributed to the public. However, you may complete a property guest/prospect card by contacting the property office number directly or in-person. This does not place you on the waitlist but allows the property to contact you if the waitlist reopens. You may also check our website regularly for announcements regarding waitlist openings.

Appeal for Applicants Denied Tenancy
If your application is denied you will be notified in writing. The written notice will include:

The reason the application was denied;
State the applicant has the right to respond to the owner within fourteen days of the date of the denial notice to dispute in writing the denial or the applicant can request a meeting to dispute the denial and;
State persons with disabilities have the right to request a reasonable accommodation to participate in the informal hearing process.

If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. Within five business days after receipt of the written response or meeting, the owner will advise the applicant in writing of the final decision on eligibility. I feel happy and safe living in Palermo Lakes for the past 3 months. The community staff, both administrative, maintenance and service coordinator are excellent. The atmosphere is respectful, and the safety and the hygiene are magnificent, it is like living in a good quality hotel. I thank the company for having good employees and a great sense of care for the elderly.
