Steel Plaza has a supermarket across the street on the west side of the property, a Fresh Healthy dine in/drive thru fast food restaurant on the East side corner of the property, Bus Transportation on the corner of our building just a few feet from our front door. One mile from Downtown Los Angeles, and one mile from Korea Town for shopping.

Services 

As-needed COVID Vaccine clinics through Los Angeles Department of Public Health; transportation through local rider programs; Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, partnership with Saint Barnabas Senior Services to provide home meal delivery, Case Management, general resources and mental health resources; Vision Zero provides education on public safety and pedestrian safety. Service Coordinator maintains close relation with Los Angeles Police Department to provide education on public safety. In addition, City of Los Angeles Mayor programs along with Department of Aging provide free COVID face masks and sanitizers.

  1. In-Person Application: Please stop by our Management Office for an application from our staff.

  2. Over the Phone Application Request: Please call our Management Office if you would like an application mailed to you.

  3. Email Application: Please request an application to be emailed to you by filling out the "Inquire about this Property" section with your name, phone, and email. Type your request for an emailed application in the Message box there.

If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. Within five business days after receipt of the written response or meeting, the owner will advise the applicant in writing of the final decision on eligibility.
