Description

South Boston Elderly is one of the highest rated low income senior housing developments in the Boston area. Through the impeccable standards of EHDOC, the staff continuously strive to serve our senior population with the respect they so well deserve. We have made it our mission to keep the seniors safe, especially during COVID. We are proud to be a part of the EHDOC family who sets the bar for all senior communities.

Amenities

We have a large Community Room that is open to all residents. We have a Resident Association in place that holds events for all residents in the building to bring the community together. This includes coffee hours, holiday parties, and meet and greets for new residents. The staff are able to meet with the residents in the community room for monthly meetings and the Resident Service Coordinator holds wellness clinics and provides up to date safety information to our seniors.
