Developed and managed by Elderly Housing Development and Operations Corporation (“EHDOC”) in partnership with Integra Investments, Mosaico offers 271 comfortable over-sized studios and one-bedroom unfurnished apartments with awesome views and an array of amenities, supportive services and friendly neighbors.

EHDOC has advocated for the well-being of low-income seniors since 1996. Our goal is to create quality affordable housing that helps senior citizens age in-place with dignity, while encouraging healthy living, happiness, and a living environment of quiet enjoyment and independence.
