AJ Delorenzo Towers is a stop on the city bus line. Local grocery stores, shopping centers, eateries and entertainment venues are all on the city bus route. Currently the city of Bristol is in the process of renovating the communities in the downtown area.

AJ Delorenzo Towers has a Service Coordinator who offers vaccinations such as: Covid-19, Shingles and Flu; Podiatrist services, home health worker services, and Homemaker services. In-home doctor and nurse Visits, monthly food box distribution, Farmer Markets coupons, and monthly building newsletters.
