How to Apply for Residency
There are several ways to apply for residency.
- In-Person Application: Visit our Management Office to pick up an application from our staff.
- Mail Request: Call our Management Office to request an application be mailed to you.
- Email Application: Fill out the "Inquire About This Property" section with your name, phone number, and email. In the message box, specify your request for an emailed application.
If the property waitlist is closed, applications will not be distributed to the public. However, you may complete a property guest/prospect card by contacting the property office number directly or in-person. This does not place you on the waitlist but allows the property to contact you if the waitlist reopens. You may also check our website regularly for announcements regarding waitlist openings.
