I like the free laundry. I can use my money for other things. It’s close to the bus line, so I can get to the grocery store or anywhere else I need to go.

Hello, My name is Nora J Wells, a resident of I.W. Abel Place located in Central Lawrenceville. I have been a resident for several years. The staff we have is very professional, they treat you like you are a human being. Always asking do I need anything, how is my day going and what do I have planned for today.
The building is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. I’m able to get transportation to the stores and shopping malls, parks, and entertainment. I recommend this building to all my friends.
