Community Manager

Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation (EHDOC), A Premier Provider of Quality, Affordable Housing for Senior Citizens Across the United States, is currently seeking the right individuals to fill the positions of Community Manager at several of our properties.

EHDOC is actively seeking qualified individuals for:

    • Miami, FL

Qualifications:
EHDOC is seeking a motivated, team player. Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of all office equipment. Experienced in property management/maintenance. General knowledge of accounting procedures. Knowledge of Yardi helpful. Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience in property management, computer skills, knowledge of subsidized housing regulations, and a desire to work with senior citizens a must.

General Description:
The Community Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the property under the guidance of Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation. Responsibilities include the oversight of daily administrative, financial, computer, and maintenance operations; purchasing and procurement.

Service Coordinator

Qualifications:
EHDOC is seeking a motivated, team player. Good verbal and written communication skills required. The ideal candidate should have a college degree or 2-3 year experience in social work.

General Description:
Responsibilities include: resident assessment, care plan development, supervision of resident care services, coordination of services with referral sources and other professionals.
